This page explains what data MeetMind processes, why it is needed, and how it is used for meetings, lectures, projects, subjects and Contexta answers.

Updated: 2026-05-21

Contexta answers are based on the materials in the context you choose: a meeting, note, project, lecture or subject.

MeetMind works with materials you record, upload or create in the product.

How AI features are used

MeetMind may use AI providers for transcription, summaries, tasks, lecture notes and Contexta answers.

Work and Learning materials stay separate by default. Before asking a question, you choose which materials the answer can use.

Actions with materials are visible and explicit.

Export, deletion and account requests

You can request account data, export or deletion through available product features or support.

Sharing materials, exporting answers and deleting sources require an explicit user action.

MeetMind reminds users to review results and record responsibly.

Security and limitations

Summaries, tasks, explanations and Contexta answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before relying on them.

Before recording a meeting, call or lecture, make sure you have the right to record and process that material.

Questions about data and deletion have a direct path.

Data contact

For questions about data, deletion or account access, contact MeetMind support.
